Cooperation with AA

Hello everybody
We have been contacted by AA concerning the NCCAA (Northern California Counsel Of Alcoholics Anonymous) Conference March 12/13/14 @ the san Ramon Mariott Hotel. They would love for us to have a literature table there! So in the spirit of tradition 6, we are looking for a volunteer to take on the coordination of that! please announce at your meetings

General job description

secure literature from lit depot (on consignment)
make a shedule for volunteers to do service
convention starts fri 4pm most likely, saturday 9 am ends sun noon
oversee money, sales and volunteers.

This could be shared with distr 16 as we have done traditionally in the past!

Needed: Group to Co-Host Speaker Meeting

Hi GRs,
The Wednesday night 7 p.m. Walnut Creek mtg. is looking for another group to co-host an upcoming Speaker Meeting. The December 2010 meeting is still available! In 2011, all months are available except for July and October. Please contact Leticia G. the GR for Wednesday night 7 p.m. Walnut Creek if your group is interested in co-hosting a speaker meeting.

Please share this at each of the next 4 Group Meetings. District 14 has Meeting Lists and holders at 111 sites in our District. They need to be replenished with meeting lists on a regular basis. With the recent changes in many GRs, Coordinators and Officers we need to make sure the lists are replenished at each location. People in your meetings can become Outreach Sponsors.
