Helpful Community Resources
Alcoholics Anonymous is a source of help for those who wish to stop drinking. Al-Anon encourages individuals to learn as much as they can about the disease of alcoholism, especially when they are concerned that a friend or relative drinks too much.
Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc. has granted permission to NCWSA, Inc. (www.ncwsa.org) to provide the link to their Web Site. (This link is provided with the understanding that by providing this link there is no implication that either Al-Anon or Alateen are affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous, but that NCWSA, Inc. (www.ncwsa.org) is meeting its obligation as stated in the sixth Al-Anon Tradition, “We should always cooperate with Alcoholics Anonymous”.)
